If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would most definitely be Tyra Banks (gasp). Even though Tyra Banks is known for her previous supermodel status and Victoria Secret campaign model she still has a substantial stance upon many of the crucial and controversial topics of present day society. Her talk show the better known as the Tyra Show had been a platform for promoting peace, acceptance, and self- esteem. She also presents topics such as domestic violence amongst teens and racial discrimination. She is also an inspiration to many young girls and women. Also, coming from an African American background she will be able to relate to other African Americans along with other racial groups. However, it is very unfortunate that Ms Banks does not have a college degree so this would make it hard for her to actually become a member of the Supreme Court, but looking beyond she would be a great candidate for the Supreme Court!

The reason why I pick Oprah is because she is a women that knows how to handle things in life and make the right changes. She has inspired so many people. She has helped people that not a lot of people today could help she made schools she touch other peoples hearts. Just watching her show you can see how much she cares and wants to help people do the right thing. I would love to see Oprah in the Supreme Court!

If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would most definitely be Dr. Phil! He is always trying to inspire people, and with his t.v show it shows that people can trust him on all the things he says. The things Dr. Phil says are always truthful which makes him believable. He is always giving good helpful advice. He finds the persons problem, tells them what there doing wrong, then steers them in the right direction. By him hosting this t.v show it helps out a majority of people. Therefore I would very much enjoy seeing Dr. Phil in the supreme court!

If i could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would have to be my mom. She has inspired me to do so many things and when asking her for advice she knows just what to say. She owns and operates her own business, so she knows how to handle things correctly. She also knows how to make multiple people happy when put into a situation where different parties are not happy. My mom is the type of person who follows rules and is always fair. By having to kids of her own close in age she knows how to block out nonsense and listen to what really needs to be heard. My mom would be an excellent candidate for the Supreme Court.

If i could nominate any living individual into the supreme court i would have to pick Ellen Degeneres. Ellen is an excellent nominee for many reasons. Firstly, she is a homosexual. This would allow for that part of the country to have representation. It would definitely make the supreme court seem not as judgmental about those type of things. Ellen would also be a good nominee because she has a great sense of humor, and when someone has a great sense of humor it means they are a down to earth realistic person. I'm sure she'd be a hoot to the other supreme court members. I also pick Ellen because due to her famous status she has seen a lot of different situations and know many different people. This makes her a well loved and known person. Ellen is also a kind-hearted women, who always tries her beast to help and inspire people and treat everyone equal.

If I could nominate one person to the supreme court, it would most definitely be Stewie Gilligan Griffin. The boy is just far beyond his age in terms of intellectuality.

I think Obama is not getting it done as our president. I think we need a sharp mind to add to the supreme court to help him out, and I think Stewie would be the best for the job. If it was up to me, I would just make him our president, but I figure to be on the Supreme Court wouldn't hurt either. A big problem is he's addicted to crack, but I'm sure we can make an exception. This kid is as sharp as a tack and the best part is, he's only one. He knows a lot about American history. He can tell you all about Helen Hayes, and he also has relations with the pentagon. Stewie is very good at giving speeches, especially passages from the bible. I think he could give Barack a little run for his money.

The latest information I have on him is that he already has 137 nuclear warheads trained on every capital city around the globe. If that's not protection, I don't know what is. He is small, but don't you think for a second that will stop him. He knows that the first rule of war is "Know thine enemy" In my opinion if he can defeat the "man in white", he could be on the Supreme Court.

Another thing about Stewie is that he knows what he wants, and when he wants it. For example, he knows that he doesn't like pickles on his burger, and that he hates egg whites. If he finds pickles, he'd probably kill you, but that's what makes him the perfect man for the job. He is also very kind to his mother, which you'll see while watching this clip. Stewie is one of a kind, you just got to watch out sometimes because he's not yet potty trained, and he wants to kill his mother. Other than that, I think he would be perfect for the supreme court.

If i could nominate one person to the supreme court, then i would nominate Oprah. I would nominate her because she is already a successful women, so she knows what hard work actually is. Also, she has had to deal with numerous problems, like everyday on her show. She helps people change their lives everyday. Then, she is a very generous and good hearted women, for example, she makes many donations to all kinds of charity's and she started a school in africa for underpriveledged children. I think that she would have all that it takes to be in the supreme court.

If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court, I would nominate Angelina Jolie. Even though she is an actress/model, she is a strong and intelligent philanthropist who is also politically active. It is obvious that Angelina is using her wealth to help others in need; she co-chairs the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which helps fund education programs for children affected by conflict. Angelina named a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador at the Geneva headquarters, and she was awarded the Global Humanitarian Award by the UN Association. Angelina has become more involved in promoting humanitarian causes on a political level, which is why I think she could serve on the Supreme Court. She has regularly attended World Refugee Day in Washington, D.C. and has met with members of Congress at least 20 times since 2003. With her kind yet determined personality, I think she would be a strong addition to the Supreme Court!

If I could nominate anyone I wanted to serve on the Supreme Court, it would be my father. He is very aware the current issues and looks at situations from an unbiased point of view. I believe that a judge should be well educated and globally aware. A judge should be able to take all side into account and listen to everyone. My father has done this with my siblings and me and I feel that if he can do that, he can listen to anyone. My father would make a perfect supreme court judge.

If i was able to nominate any living individual to be supreme court it would be Dr. Phil. I would vote him because of the fact that not only does he solve a variety of issues, he is upfront about everything. He speaks the truth, whether it hurts feelings or is not what people want to hear. He is also a very likable guy. After watching a good amount of episodes of his show, i think he would be a good candidate. Issues of friendship to political topics, he covers it all and is a very intellectual individual. By him having his own tv show, i think many people would agree with me that he would fulfill this role accordingly. With all that said, if i had the opportunity to nominate any individual for Supreme Court it would be Dr. Phil.

If I could nominate any living person into the Supreme Court I would have to nominate Eddie Vedder. Not only because he is the lead singer in the greatest band of all time, but also because he (and the rest of Pearl Jam) are extremely conscious about political issues and always express their opinions. Eddie Vedder is different then other musicians in the way that he talks about real problems and actually tells his fans ways to get involved and things to do or avoid. Pearl Jam and Eddie are not like the countless number of bands we saw in the past decade. Bands like Green Day did nothing but scream “’F’ Bush”, but when asked why they said those things no one in the band could give a reason expect for “he sent our troops to Iraq”. Now any idiot can say that, and people respected “musicians” like Billy Joe Armstrong (Green Day) and considered them political activists! When Eddie Vedder addresses politics he has his facts straight, and he was saying Bush would be an awful president before he was even elected.
Maybe I just love Pearl Jam, or maybe I truly believe Eddie Vedder (or truly any other member) should be in the Supreme Court. In reality I don’t know enough about politics to know whom to elect, but Eddie Vedder would bring some much needed character to the Supreme Court…and plaid.

If I could nominate anyone to the Supreme Court it would be my Grandfather. He is well rounded, and very up to date with politics and issues with in the nation. Granted he is older, but his age will give him the wisdom and life experience needed to contribute to decisions made within the court. He served in the navy, so has experience with military, and is an active contributor to local politics. He is very well informed at all issues and follows the rules in everything, so he would be fair and just, but follow the constitution.

If i could nominate anyone to be a Supreme Court Justice it would probably be Condoleezza Rice. THis is for a view important reasons. One because she has a womens perspective to the issues which may not be seen enough in the Supreme Court. Her intuition would prove helpful at the least, and at some points helpfully different.

Another reason for my nomination of Condoleezza Rice would be because she is an African American. This again reinforces her different perspective to issues mostly seen by white males. She can be classified as a "pro choice conservative". Which means she can lean to either side of the line.

Lastly Rice's experience as Secretary of The State would prove useful. This would be because of her understanding and comprehension of the people from all over. The Supreme Court may only be a domestic office, but by traveling all over the world, she would just have enstilled a better grasp of her own country.

If I could nominate an individual to the Supreme Court, it would be Mr. Homer J. Simpson. While Homer may not seem to be the obvious choice, I believe he exhibits many characteristics in common with some of today’s prominent politicians. Homer is constantly striving for excellence in his life, especially during his strenuous days in Sector 7G of the Springfield Power Plant. He feels proud to be a hard-working American: “You don’t like your job, you don’t strike. You go in every day and do it really half-assed. That’s the American way”. His go-getter attitude is frequently displayed through his hard work and determination to find ways to sneak out of work at 11 a.m. and drive over to Moe’s. He sets an excellent example for his two children through inspiring speeches, such as “You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is, never try” and “Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It’s what separates us from the animals…except the weasel”. When in times of need, Homer asks for help from the God in whom he proudly serves every day: I’m normally not a praying man, but if you’re up there, please save me, Superman”. He has shown a great amount of effort in learning about all available technology: “Oh, so they have Internet on computers now!” He is extremely practical, and will gladly use all available resources to improve society: “Old people don’t need companionship. They need to be isolated and studied so it can be determined what nutrients they have that might be extracted for our personal use.” Homer is neither prejudice nor racist; in fact, he is so comfortable with other races that he can shamelessly separate Carl from Lenny by describing him as “the black one”. Homer can understand and explain mistakes made by others and easily justify them (in this case, the mistake of Bill Clinton): “A woman is like a beer. They smell good, they look good, you’d step over your own mother just to get one! But you can’t stop at one. You wanna drink another woman!” And Lastly, Homer should become the next justice of the Supreme Court because he is so “S-M-R-T…. I mean S-M-A-R-T”.

If I could nominate someone to the Supreme Court, I would nominate Brandon Boyd of the band Incubus. I feel like he would be a good candidate because he is an open minded individual and would look at each case with more logic than personal opinion. He is also very involved in some the issues that are going on in the world. Brandon and his band founded the Make Yourself Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that funds environmental causes and various charities all around the world. His compassion and awareness would make him a great candidate for the Supreme Court.

If i could nominate any individual to the supreme court it would be Harold Koh. Currently the Chief Legal Adviser at the State Department, he was formerly head of Yale Law School. He has impressive credentials as a student of the law and an inspiring background, immigrating to the United States from a war-torn Korea as a child. Koh has come under fire as too liberal, but when these accusations surfaced, a Conservative student organization at Yale Law School defended him calling him one of the brightest legal scholars in the nation. With impeccable credentials and an interesting perspective on the law and American society, Koh would make an excellent Supreme Court Justice.

If I could nominate anyone to the Supreme Court, I would choose Oprah. Almost every day, Oprah deals with people and helps them solve problems. She started out with very little and through her strong people skills she has built herself up. Because of this, she is able to understand where people are coming from and can relate to them. She truly cares about people and the country in general, and always strives to help. Hundreds of thousands of people know Oprah and would trust her with their problems, and therefore I would nominate her to the Supreme Court.

If given the opportunity to nominate anyone for a position on the Supreme Court I would choose Morgan Freeman. He is known for his career as an actor/narrator and not a politician but would still be successful at his position. Nobody would ever disagree with him due to his authoritative voice and demeanor. If Morgan Freeman told me something was unconstitutional I would probably agree with him. He is so well liked by the American people that he would be able to get most people to agree with his opinion on many controversial issues. This would help unify the nation.

If I could nominate anyone to the supreme court, I would nominate Michelle Obama. I would nominate her because I think that she would bring a lot of different views to the supreme court. Since she is a woman, I think that she would be able to bring a new perspective to the supreme court. In addition, she is also African American which would bring a different view on certain issues that are brought to the supreme court. I would also nominate Michelle Obama because she doesn't have a lot of experience. That way, she could interpret the constitution for what it really says in black and white and not have any political backgrounds that would bias her opinion. Therefore, I would nominate Michelle Obama to the supreme court if I could nominate anyone.

If I were to nominate one individual to the Supreme Court, I would choose Morgan Freeman. Although I don’t know much about his “real-life” character that he plays on a day-to-day basis, I can imagine it’s similar to parts he has played in the past. Knowledgeable, wise, and respected are just several noble characteristics that Freeman portrays in his films.
I for one believe characteristics such as these are important to consider when nominating an individual. Being able to firmly support one’s thoughts and maintain order throughout the court can prove to be a difficult task. However, Freeman’s role as Nelson Mandela in Invictus, showed the audience the intensity of his willingness to keep situations and conflicts under control.

If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would be my Mom. I would nominate her because she has many opinions and beliefs that she is not afraid to share. She has no problem voicing her thoughts and telling it how it is so she would be a great candidate. Not only is she good at stating her thoughts but she is also a fair person. She would keep her decisions unbiased and make the right choices. She is very interested in politics and has a good idea of what’s going on in our country. All of her life experiences and situations that she has been through would give her the knowledge and skills to be a great person in the Supreme Court.

If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would undoubtedly be George Clooney. Beyond his career as an actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter, he has been a social activist for the United Nations Messengers of Peace since 2008. Clooney has been the recipient of many prestigious awards including two Golden Globes and an Academy Award. Growing up in Lexington, Kentucky with both parents and an older sister, he was raised modestly like many other American children. George Clooney has dappled in a variety of Humanitarian activities, feasibly projecting his side as a philanthropist to all. Clooney’s humanitarian work includes advocacy for Darfur where he went to great lengths to help the cause, including, sending an open letter to German Chancellor; Angela Merkel which called on the European Union to take ‘decisive action’ in the region. George Clooney definitely has the ability to be a decisive, opinionated member of the Supreme Court. I feel as though he would be a prominent member on the bench, due to his assertiveness and ability to communicate his ideas while respecting the views of others. Clooney’s life experiences and personal attributes appeal to the nature of what would be asked of him as a Supreme Court Justice, making him more than qualified for the position.

If I could nominate anyone for Supreme Court it would be Oprah. Oprah is a great candidate. She is for the people. She has always been so giving in her years. She is always for the people. I feel that if she was on the Supreme Court she would do what she believes is best for the country and the people. She is always thinking about others rather than herself so having her make decisions on the supreme court would be the best for this country. She is also very worldly. She has traveled the world and seen what it is like for others. I feel she has a very good understanding about how people live. She is aware of the major issues and is willing to help others. Because she is so giving and concerned about others it makes her the best candidate for the new member of the Supreme Court.

If I could nominate any individual to the Supreme Court, I would nominate Rudy Giulani. I think that he would be an asset to the Supreme Court for a number of reasons. First of all, Rudy Giulani has served in the United States Attorny's Office of the Southern District of New York, eventually becoming U.S. Attorny. He has a great deal of experience with the law, as well as with politics. He was the Mayor of New York City for two terms and ran on both the Republican and Liberal lines. He demonstrated true leadership helping NYC during and after 9/11. He was able to bring together a city in need and keep them optomistic. Rudy Giulan would be a good addition to the Supreme Court because he is a very knowledgeable and experienced independent thinker who would make decisions based on the law and not on party lines.

He is also openminded which would help him see both sides of a case, which would help him make his decisions fairly. He owns his own business, so he is a smart, well-rounded man. Owning a business can be tough and my dad has had to make some difficult decisions, but he always does whats right. He has great work ethic and good morals which is why he should be nominated for the supreme court.

If I could nominate any individual to the Supreme Court, I would nominate Goodwin Liu. His liberal views tend to coincide with mine – he tends to hold a lot of socially liberal positions in topics that are important to me, such as abortion rights and same-sex marriage. However, he also has many impressive credentials that I think would make him a good judge, regardless of his political views. Liu is the current nominee for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He majored in Biology at Stanford, studied philosophy and physiology at Oxford under a Rhodes Scholarship, and got his JD at Yale Law school. Not only is he intelligent, but he has had exposure to a variety of fields, which gives him a broader experience with which to make decisions. He has worked as a clerk both in the U.S. Supreme Court and in the Washington D.C. Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. He has also worked extensively in the area of education, as special assistant to the deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Education and as senior program officer for higher education at the Corporation for National Service. As an Asian American, he would add to the diversity to the court, which would benefit from members with a greater range of backgrounds and perspectives.

If I could nominate any living individual to the United States Supreme court if would have to be none other than Todd Heritage. Not only does Todd possess the educational qualifications (he is currently enrolled in one of Mr. Kirby's Civics classes, and will be attending the pretigious Bucknell University in the fall) but can, as this blogger personally knows, grow some mean facial hair. This includes not only the beard he occassionally rocks to school, but also the mustache that he is capable of sporting to both business...and casual events. Furthermore, Todd does not lean towards either the left or the right. A trait that can be traced back to his lacrosse skills where he utilizes both his left and right hand equally well. And finally, Todd would be a fair a just ruler. This is also traced back to his successful lacrosse career where he is both the captain of the team and where he holds the career points record (over 300 points) with nearly equal amounts of goals and assists. Nominate Todd Heritage for Supreme Court Justice.

If I could nominate any living individual to the United States Supreme court, it would be the one and only, Nate Gaudio. Not only does Nate possess very high intelligence through his quick witted compliments and catch lines for girls, and his many hours a week of watching the history channel, but he also possesses the educational qualifications (he is currently enrolled in one of Mr. Kirby’s other Civics classes, and he will be attending the esteemed Middlebury College in the fall as part of the Class of 2014). While he has a great deal of trouble growing facial hair…. Besides the occasional short hairs on his chin and patches of hair for sideburns, he always stays clean shaven and presentable to the public and the many who know him. He does not lean more towards the left or the right, or one side or another, a trait that can be traced back to his lacrosse abilities where he once played midfield and goalie. This showed his vast knowledge for the game and ability to cater to people needs and be in a spot where he was most needed to benefit everyone else around him, and do what was right in the long run. And finally, Nate would be a very fair ruler. He has four siblings and is smack dab in the middle of them all. With a family so large he must settle many disputes such as who gets the last Welches Fruit Snacks or how many homemade cookies (made by a saint) that people can eat. He must keep order in the house when his older siblings are gone and take some blame and make sacrifices in order to help others. He has been captain in two sports, hockey and lacrosse and knows how to deal with many different situations. Nominate Nate Gaudio for the Supreme Court Justice.

If I had to elect someone for the supreme court it would probally have to be Sean Connery. I feel that his talent will help him do the job. He also has a sweet voice and that could help when the court decides the verdict, he would be perfect to present the decision. He also has a good sense of humor that can lighten the mood in the stress of a court. He is a very smart individual as we have seen in the movie, "The Rock". He has a plan for everything and uses his better judgment and knowledge to make a decision. I think Sean Connery would make a good supreme court member.

If I could nominate any living individual to the Supreme Court it would have to be Dave Rogers, my next door neighbor of 10 years. I grew up listening to Mr. Roger's banter about the U.S. legal system and have watched him spend countless hours reading and analyzing court cases. Although he sticks up for what he believes in, Mr. Rogers is also a great listener. He is the kind of man who listens with 100% of his attention, not focusing on his next remark but rather on you and your opinions. Though your opinions will not necessarily change his, he is someone who does not dive into decisions without viewing the issue at hand from all sides. With a law degree and genuine desire to aid in the well being of others, Mr. Rogers would be a great addition to the Supreme Court.

My nomination would go to my coach Ed Aston. Not only is he a nationally recognized high school swim coach, but he is also a great person. He would always listen to both sides of the case and give the judgement he would believe necessary. Ed has seen many different generations and would be able to bring the knowledge that he obtained to each one to his position as a supreme court justice. Ed is a great listener and also a great speaker. He would be able to both listen to the views of each justices while speaking eloquently about his own belief. As once being a high school guidance counselor, Ed Aston knows how to deal with difficult situations and people. Knowing Ed for the majority of my life I can definitely say that he would be a great addition to the members of the Supreme Court.

If I could nominate someone for the supreme court it would be Chad Strokes from the band state radio. I chose him because being a big fan of state radio i have followed up and read the stories behind all of his songs and lyrics. He stays involved in what is going on in the world and sings about things that he believes are wrong and should be changed. He has also started his own charity called calling all crows which raises money and does alot for many issues in the world. Chad would be a perfect addition because you can tell he knows what he is talking about and is not looking out for himself but going out of his way to look out for eveyone. I agree with all of his ideas and thoughts that is why i would choose him.

If I could nominate a living individual, I would choose to nominate Dr. Robert Sternberg. I am a big fan of the works that Robert Sternberg has done towards psychology such as his theory of love and intelligence. By reading more and more about him, I strongly believe that he has a very knowledgable understtanding of human interaction. I believe that he would do well as a Supreme Court Judge because he understands why people do certain things and whether of not they are justifiable. As someone who would take a more scientific approach, I believe he would contribute strongly to the Supreme Court and offer a new perspective on cases.

If I could nominate one person for the Supreme Court it would be Denzel Washington. I would nominate Denzel because I believe he has one of the strongest voices of his generation. He is a great actor who has been in quite a large amount of movies over his career. This makes me think that he would have the charisma to sit in on the Supreme Court and make decisions. I also feel that because of his fame he has become more aware to issues around him so that would help make him a better justice. Denzel also can be a bad ass like in his movie American Gangster so I think everyone on the Supreme Court would be afraid of what he could do and thus agree with him all the time.

She would know about issues around the world and would know how to handle situations.she would speak her mind and make the Supreme Court better. I think that a she would be a good addition to the Supreme Court for all of those reasons.

If I could nominate any living person to the Supreme Court it wouldn't be any one individual in particular it would be a person voted by different age groups in society to represent our values, ideas, and beliefs in this country. It sometimes seems like the Supreme Court in their rulings for cases do not see the different view points of people and I think if it was made up of people who are voted into the court by society it would be a better court systems. Of course these people must have law experience in some degree and training on the Constitution but, showing society's ideas as a whole would be a lot better I think. People don't get much say in the judicial system and I think that it should be changed.

Phil.

If I could nominate any living individual to be the next Supreme Court justice I would choose my dear friend Joseph T. Marino. Although Joe is only 17 years of age and may not have any prior political experience, I am absolutely positive that he would be the best candidate. Joe has extraordinary knowledge and surpasses opponents in any argument. While in verbal assaults with his girlfriend, Brittany, Joe always succeeds in firmly getting his point across and stating his opinion; leading in victory on his behalf. Joe will certainly bring youthfulness and consistency to the arguments and issues brought up in the Supreme Court. Therefore, Joe Marino would be the best nominee due to his superior qualities that he possesses over the current Supreme Court justices.

I would personally nominate Ron Paul for Supreme Court Justice. Ron Paul is an 11 term congressman who has represented his district in the state of Texas for many years. Ron Paul knows the constitution very well and would interpret it to know which laws are applied constitutionally are which are not even constitutional. Ron Paul, although a strict interpreter, would serve the true purpose of the judicial branch of the constitution. Likewise, it is very interesting to see a man of his ideology be represented in the Supreme Court as libertarians are often overshadowed by big government liberals and conservatives. Ron Paul would serve the interest of the founders as the originally intended and restore faith, hope and charity back into the American public. His ideological stance is perfect for a court so packed with big government "pragmatists" who side often with the wrong side of the Constitution or do not understand the point of one.

If I could nominate a person for the Supreme Court, I would nominate my brother Austin. My brother is extremely interested in politics and current issues and always has an opinion on things. He is good listener and does very well with analyzing a situation. I think he'd be very fitting as a Justice and even though he's somewhat young (24), he'd be a great contributor to the Supreme Court. I know that he'd do well and make his decisions wisely, but also make it fun for himself.

If i could nominate any living individual to the supreme court it would be my grandfather. My grandfather is down to earth, kind, understanding, intelligent, unbiased, and very interested in politics. He is a strong individual, so i am certain he would be able to stand his ground and firmly state his opinions and beliefs without being persuaded by other justices. I believe my grandfather would be a voice of reason as a justice, and would treat people kindly, with the fairness and respect they deserve. I always talk to my grandpa about problems in my life, and he has always helped me step back and assess the situation i am in. Based on my personal experiences with my grandfather, i know he would be a successful justice on the Supreme Court.

If I was to nominate anyone for the supreme court it would be Bill Simmons, a sports wrtier for ESPN.com. He would be a fantastic supreme court justice because heh would not be afraid to speak his mind. That is what you need on the court. someone to ask the hard questions which he would definitly do. He is a writer so and of the postions he could write no problem. Although he may not know alot about law he would have an understading of it. That is why he would be my choice for a supreme court justice spot.

If I could nominate any person to the Supreme Court, I would quite honestly choose Jon Stewart. I realize choosing an entertainer for such a position may seem foolish. However, in every interview I've seen, Jon Stewart has shown himself to be incredibly articulate and intelligent when speaking about current issues. He always has an opinion on anything in politics, as seen on his show. He can support his positions with logic and intellect.

If I could nominate one person for the post of justice of the Supreme Court, I would nominate Congressman Ron Paul. He is a libertarian congressman, and while he is a Republican in name, he is a libertarian(as aforementioned) in theory. His views on the government not interfering with the personal lives of its citizens makes him great for standing up for private citizens and their rights. His libertarian views would help gain students more rights in cases regarding schools vs. students in which they have very little say. As he believes in the following of the constitution to the word, he is a perfect candidate for a post which requires him to have a very good understanding of the constitution.

If i was able to nominate anyone to the Supreme Court i would nominate Oprah. I would nominate her because she is not only as femle, which the jury needs but she is also widely popular. Many people like her and they would definitely agree with most of the things she said. I feel that she would also voice her opinion on the jury and that is a trait that is very well needed. She is also African American, which brings diversity to this panel. overall, i believe we should nominate Oprah because she is very popular and alot of people like her and she voices her opinion frequently.

I would nominate Simon Cowell, because I think he would be able to give some interesting views on both sides of any case. He would be blunt and only state the facts of any view he brings up, instead of dancing around it or re-wording it in such a way as to confuse the others. He is known for being straight to the point, and even though he may have a rough personality, I do believe that he would be a good nominee for a Supreme Court position.

If i could nominate any individual to the Supreme Court it would be Jerry Springer. The man solves problems between a diverse group of people. I would also say that he doesnt make his decsions based on left or right views. He also comnes up with great life lessons that everyone should know. Jerry Springer would be a good Supreme Court justice.

If there was a person i could nominate for the Supreme Court it would be Bear Grylls. Although he was not born in the US and therefore wouldnt be as popular of a choice i would pick him for the hardwork and determination he brings to everything. He is a very intelligent person and can make an important decision in seconds. He also shows leadership and does possess all excellent qualities to serve the Court.

If I could put any living person on the supreme court it would be Nathan Explosion.

Nathan doesn't look at issues with any emotions at all, so that wont get in the way of his judgement. Nathan is so metal and hard core, that steel courses through his veins and he vomits blood. He has been to the darkest of places, including 20,000 leagues under the sea in a nuclear submarine. He defeated a 100 foot tall troll in the Netherlands, and if his band doesn't come out with a new album on a regular basis, the entire world goes into chaos, with the economy tanking and suicide ratings off the charts.

Nathan would be the end-all choice for a new Supreme court judge. Because the world falls into chaos when his albums don't come out, the entire world obviously adores him and will follow him to whatever end.

Lastly, Nathan is used to having to work with others. He has been a part of his band (lead singer for Dethklok) for as long as he can remember. They have had to deal with many problems over the years, and for him, being on a panel of judges facing the worlds problems won't be much different then him dealing with his bands crazy problems all the time. In fact, compared to his regular life, it will be a breeze.

If I could nominate anyone to the Supreme Court, I would nominate KevJumba. "KevJumba" is really just a user name for Kevin, a Chinese video-blogger on YouTube. KevJumba is a really funny guy, so I think he'd lighten things up at the Supreme Court. But most importantly, he's Asian and young, therefore he'd add a fresh and new point of view to the decisions. In my opinion, even though the Chinese (and Asians in general) are a growing population in the US, it remains underrepresented in politics, especially with all the negative news and media linked with it.KevJumba also upholds his morals and beliefs and in his videos takes the time to call out the negatives in pop culture and media, such as it's distasteful focus on sex. KevJumba is also a family guy. He likes to bring his dad in his videos and even though he pokes fun at his dad, the fun that they have and their cooperation in the videos show that KevJumba can obviously maintain a good, if not great, relationship. Finally, through creating Youtube videos, KevJumba makes money, the amount of which depends on the number of views he gets. However, he donates most of it to charities every few months, charities that his YouTube viewers vote on. In this encompassment of all these qualities, I believe KevJumba would be a solid affition to the Supreme Court.
